A MYSTICAL BEGINNING - PART 5

Hi dudes and dudettes,

This article would go a long way in manifesting the life of your dreams. I shall give you a tool that you could use to attain whatever you want (provided it’s for the highest good of all concerned. The why of this would be explained later).

This tool has been covered in brief in the last issue. There is nothing new or quaint in this technique. It is used by athletes, musicians, sportsmen extensively. The technique I am speaking of is known as deliberate and intentional visualization.

Before getting into it, let me briefly explain why this process works. In the previous issues I was explaining that our subconscious is connected to the whole matrix of the universe and by effectively impressing what we want on it, it attracts to us the events, circumstances and the people who would help us achieve our heart’s desires.

Well, visualizing is a very powerful way of attaining this consciousness and influencing the subconscious.

To further drive home this point, let me quote the exact words of one of my mentors Mr John Kehoe. So beautiful are his words that are invaluable indeed!!

“How reassuring it is to think that no matter what a person's past or present situation, no matter how many times he or she has previously failed, if that person would but regularly feed his or her consciousness, his or her situation would change! This remarkable ability has been given to each and every one of us to use or to ignore. It costs no money. It takes no special talent. It takes only the decision on your part to take the time and put forth the necessary effort to develop the appropriate consciousness. That's all! Everything else will automatically fall into place.”

So this is what you do for an effective visualization:

1) Think of anything you would like to have, for eg meet someone interesting, pass an exam, get rid of an annoying habit.
2) Spend around 5-10 mins closing your eyes and putting yourself in a situation where you have already achieved the thing you want. For eg if it is getting 90% in your exam, how would you feel when you have achieved it. The FEELING is what works the magic. That is what acts as a magnet drawing the thing you want unto you.
3) Include as many details as you can like what your friends would tell you, the joy on your parents’ faces, the feel of the paper in your hands as you hold the mark sheet. Make it as real as you can. It should be like a miniature movie running inside your head.

Since this topic is so important I plan to cover it in 2-3 phases. Next week, I shall get deeper into the methodology of this technique. I promise you it would be a joy ride.

Lots of love,
Jai
